For our second project in Unit 1 students will practice direct observational drawing of a still-life. Students will study Roy Lichenstein and his American Pop Art style. Students will practice drawing 3-D forms from observation. We will discuss using different types of lines and colors to show expression in artwork. Students will create tints and shades using tempera paints to create color values.
